ON-GOING SUPPORT PACKAGES:
HOW IT WORKS:
• You give me a call or, if you prefer you can also Zoom call to discuss your needs , and we determine the package that will not only meet your needs but also give you the best return on your investment.
• After the call I will send you an electronic invoice.*Full payment is due before any work begins.
• Unused hours never expire and can be used forever.
• If an unexpected project pops up and you have run out of hours for the new project then a new package will be invoiced with payment due in full before work continues.
• At the end of the package, I prepare a report.
WHAT'S INCLUDED...
• Services may include any of the following: Strategy, print and digital marketing collateral, copywriting, service/package creation, creative campaigns, ads, stationery, digital product packaging, booklets, catalogs, ebook/cover designs, brochures, email campaigns, web banners, ads, creative campaigns, social media graphics and templates, brainstorming, marketing, strategy research, creative assets, and creative direction. If you need it, there’s a pretty good chance I can help with it.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED...
• Services and costs that are not included: Logo design, brand identity, website coding or development, email coding or development, animation, complex custom illustration, purchase of printing, purchase of fonts, photography sessions, domains, hosting plans, or other third-party services or subscriptions.
X Website Design is not included in any of these packages. If you need a new website designed and copy written for it, it will be quoted and billed as a flat fee. I also do not offer website maintenance, for sites which I have not created.
